The Tel Aviv district attorney's office submitted an indictment against Ahmed Rashdan (33) who attacked a 47-year-old resident of Bnei Brak in central Israel last month.

According to the indictment, the terrorist hit the man with a concrete tile after deciding that he was of Jewish origin, causing moderate injuries to his victim.
