An unusual indictment for causing death by negligence was filed today against the commander of a tank division, who fired in the direction of Palestinian farmers near Israel's border with Gaza during Operation Guardian of the Walls, in May 2021.

A Palestinian farmer was killed and the shooting continued even after he was hit, according to a report on Kan News.
