The Jerusalem District Court ruled on Sunday that the Palestinian Authority must pay compensation in the total amount of 15 million shekels to several family members of the victims of a shooting attack in 2001 on Route 443 in which three Israelis were murdered.

Kan 11 News reported that the amount is much lower than initially determined, and is the result of an appeal to the Supreme Court that set standards for compensation.
