The Memorial Day for Israel's Fallen Soldiers and Victims of Hostile Acts will open this evening at 8 pm with a minute-long memorial siren.

Immediately after, memorial rallies will begin throughout the country, the first of which will be the state ceremony in which a memorial candle will be lit at the Western Wall plaza in Jerusalem in the presence of President Herzog, Defense Minister Yoav Gallant and Chief of Staff Herzi Halevi.

Tomorrow (Tues) at 8:30 am, the reading of the names Israel's fallen soldiers will begin at the memorial hall on Mount Herzl. At 11:00 am, a two-minute siren will sound. Immediately after the siren, the state ceremony will commence.

At 11:02 am, fighter jets will perform a fly-over at the military cemetery and memorial hall on Mount Herzl. At 1 pm, a memorial ceremony for fallen IDF soldiers will take place.
