A senior official in the Rwandan government has told Israel public broadcasting that "despite Netanyahu's claim that there was an agreement regarding the refugees, there never was."
Responding to Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu's suspension of the just-announced agreement with the United Nations on infiltrators, the official continued, "The post on Facebook changes the way we are responding. We have no idea what he is talking about."
