On Monday and Tuesday, Israel celebrates its 66th year of independence. The day typically includes fireworks; official ceremonies for politicians and military personnel; air shows from the IAF; and, of course, barbecues - and 2014 is no exception. Arutz Sheva would like to wish its readers a Yom Ha'atzmaut Sameach - Happy Independence Day - and will be updating with photos from the many events across Israel throughout the day.
