An Arab-produced video shows aerial views of the Shejaiya neighborhood of Gaza. The neighborhood was reduced to rubble in the fighting between Hamas and the IDF. Thirteen IDF soldiers from the Golani Brigade were killed in Shejaiya on July 19-20. There was fierce fighting in the neighborhood , which Hamas had fillied with boobytraps, snipers and terrorists armed with antitank missiles and other weapons. Seven of the soldiers killed in the battle had been seated inside an APC that was targeted with an RPG. In the immediate aftermath of that attack, terrorists abducted the body of Sgt. Oron Shaul hy"d. The IDF responded to the attack and abduction with fierce shelling.
