IDF soldiers neutralized a terrorist who attempted to stab them on Tuesday at the Gitai Avisar Junction in Samaria. No Israelis were hurt.
According to initial reports from the scene, the female terrorist threw rocks at IDF forces and Israeli vehicles.
The soldiers stationed permanently at the junction confronted her and began the standard arrest procedure. At that point, she pulled out a knife, and the troops shot and neutralized her.
The IDF stated: "A short while ago, IDF soldiers neutralized a terrorist who hurled rocks and attempted to stab IDF soldiers adjacent to the Gitai Avisar junction. No injuries were reported."
