Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammed Zarif vowed that the Islamic Republic would not renegotiate the Iran nuclear deal if the US withdraws from the agreement in the next two weeks. In a video posted on social media, Zarif stated that "Iran will not renegotiate what was agreed years ago and has been implemented." He accused the United States of having violated the nuclear deal and of "bullying" Iran. Addressing US President Donald Trump, who was a businessman for decades, Zarif said: "To put it in real-estate terms, when you buy a house and move your family in it or demolish it to build a skyscraper, you cannot come back two years later and renegotiate the price." Trump is expected to make a decision on whether to remain part of the nuclear deal or to withdraw from the agreement by May 12. On Monday, Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu revealed that Israel had seized over 100,000 documents and files from Iran's nuclear archives, including information on previously undisclosed nuclear facilities. The US had previously been informed of the archive and its contents. President Trump said that Netanyahu's speech sends the "right message" on Iran's nuclear program. “In seven years, that deal will have expired and Iran is free to go ahead and create nuclear weapons," he said. “That is just not an acceptable situation."
