Employees of the Chief Rabbinate have entered into a new labor agreement with the state.

At the center of the agreement is a one-time grant for employees alongside incentives to meet targets and outputs, designed to improve service to citizens and increase productivity. The agreement, which also includes milestones in the continuation of the reform of the kashrut system, comes alongside organizational changes in the rabbinate and the need to establish goals for outputs to be determined by management.
