Honenu: Mother and sister of hilltop activist detained after refusing warrantless search

The Honenu legal aid organization claimed that police officers who arrived at the home of a hilltop activist currently under administrative house arrest detained his mother and sister after they allegedly refused to allow a search of the home without a warrant.

According to Honenu, the two women were detained on suspicion of insulting a police officer. Attorney Moshe Polsky, who represents the family, criticized the police conduct and claimed that the incident constituted harassment.
