Court challenges freezing enforcement against draft evaders

An expanded panel of nine Supreme Court justices, headed by Deputy Chief Justice Noam Sohlberg, heard petitions Tuesday challenging a temporary measure that freezes arrest and enforcement proceedings against yeshiva students.
