Yoaz Hendel, chairman of the Reservists Party, approached Ofer Winter, chairman of the Amcha Yisrael Party, with an offer to sign a surplus-vote agreement, but Winter is expected to reject it, Kan 11 News reported Thursday evening.
However, Winter has not ruled out the possibility of signing a surplus-vote agreement with Itamar Ben Gvir's Otzma Yehudit party. Likud plans to pressure Ben Gvir to sign such an agreement later on, despite its negative stance toward Winter.
