Deni Avdija and the Portland Trail Blazers suffered their first loss of the NBA season Thursday night, falling 124-103 at home to the Memphis Grizzlies. Portland dropped to 3-1, while Memphis maintained its perfect record, improving to 5-0.
Avdija led Portland with 24 points, nine rebounds, and seven assists, but his performance was not enough to prevent the defeat.
