Dr. Sam Minskoff, a licensed clinical psychologist and Aliyah consultant, makes another earnest appeal; hopefully not a last ditch effort, for Jews in the diaspora to come home to Israel.
Minskoff states that the new government should not be a discouragement to aliyah. As long as there is Israel, there will always be Aliyah.
