Biden, PM Lapid to sign "Jerusalem Declaration" and open Maccabiah Games.

Thursday is the second day of US President Joe Biden's long-awaited trip to Israel, and the President has a full schedule of events planned.

At a quarter past eleven in the morning, Biden and Israeli Prime Minister Yair Lapid will be meeting alone without advisers or others present. Later, the two leaders' teams will join the meeting. During this meeting, Biden and Lapid are expected to sign a joint declaration dubbed the "Jerusalem Declaration."

At half-past-twelve, Lapid and Biden will join other leaders virtually for another meeting. Joining them will be the heads of state of India and the United Arab Emirates.

At half-past-one, Lapid and Biden will be holding a joint press conference.

Later in the afternoon at half-past-five, Lapid and the US President will attend a welcoming ceremony at the President's Residence. And at ten minutes before eight this evening, Israeli President Isaac Herzog, Prime Minister Lapid, and US President Biden will all participate in the opening ceremony of the Maccabiah Games at Teddy Stadium in Jerusalem.
