Security forces discover illegal ammunition and weapons

On Sunday night, the IDF, Israel Security Agency (Shabak), and Israel Border Police forces conducted counterterrorism activities in a number of locations in Judea and Samaria, including in the towns of Anata, Dura and Deir Abu Masha'al.

IDF soldiers operated in the city of Hebron to apprehend two terrorist suspects.

During counterterrorism activity in the town of Tell, illegal ammunition and weapons were found and confiscated. During the activity, rocks were hurled at the forces, endangering their lives. The soldiers responded with riot dispersal means.

In addition, IDF and Israel Border Police forces apprehended two terrorist suspects in the town of Nur Shams.

A total of seven individuals suspected of involvement in terrorist activities were apprehended overnight. The suspects and confiscated weapons were transferred to the security forces for further processing.

No IDF injuries were reported.
