Sha'arei Tzedek Medical Center stated Tuesday evening that the condition of Miril Dizlovsky, a 40-year-old mother of 11 who was seriously injured when haredi rioters set fire to and pushed a dumpster down a hill in Jerusalem, crushing her, has improved.

The hospital stated that Dizlovsky has regained consciousness nearly two weeks after she was first hospitalized and his communicating and interacting with her surroundings.

However, she remains in serious condition and is on a ventilator.

Earlier Tuesday, police arrested a second suspect in the pushing of the dumpster which crushed Dizlovsky. The first suspect, a16-year-old resident of Jerusalem's Mea Shearim neighborhood of Jerusalem, was arrested on Sunday.

Yesterday, the Jerusalem Magistrate's Court extended the minor's detention by eight days until next Monday.
