The IDF this evening (Monday) published footage of the downing of an unmanned aerial vehicle over Gaza this morning. The drone was detected in the skies of the Gaza Strip and was tracked by the Air Force's control unit until it was shot down. The IDF said that the vessel did not cross into the territory of the State of Israel and did not pose a threat at any stage. Earlier today, it was disclosed that the unmanned aerial vehicle which was downed after it entered Israeli airspace from Syria was likely and Iranian drone. The IDF stated that the wreckage from the drone has been collected for examination.
