An IDF soldier was filmed throwing rocks at demonstrators from the Kirya central IDF headquarters, where he serves, during an anti-government demonstration in Tel Aviv on Saturday night.
Eyewitnesses reported the incident to the police, who passed the report on to base security.
Eyewitnesses who filmed the soldier related to Channel 12: "He shouted at us something unclear and began to throw rocks. When he saw us filming him, he stopped. He made all sorts of gestures of happiness."
The IDF Spokesperson commented: "The IDF sees the incident gravely, and the matter will be deeply investigated."
