Channel 12 News analyst Amit Segal on Saturday responded to the war which broke out Saturday morning in Israel, calling on Israelis to "stop bickering, now." "But we are guilty," Segal began. "That we decimated the country's strength with arguments over the villa, and we forget the wild animals in the jungle around us. That we hated each other in an insane continuum of elections, and afterwards baseless hatred for what now seems empty pettiness." "That when our enemy was already on the fences, we were busy with other partitions. The thought of the Hamas command center planning this bloody attack and seeing on television what we, the Jews, were busy with, gives me no rest. [We are guilty,] that we have forgotten to be brothers, and we received a war. "And it is not too late to fix it. And to stop bickering now. This is of existential importance."
