The Jerusalem Prayer Breakfast team met for a special "Day of Support and Prayerl" at the Israeli Knesset in Jerusalem on Wednesday, at the request of Knesset Member Tatiana Mazarsky of the Yesh Atid party.
MK Matan Kahana addressed the team and spoke on behalf of Israel’s right to fight back against Hamas: “Every infrastructure of the terror and every terror operative is a legitimate target. Hamas is cynically using their citizens as human shields and they believe that we will not attack them if they are among their civilians.”
He continued, “In this war we took off our gloves. We will not be able to fight like in the previous wars. No country that wants life can allow an organization of terror that is capable of launching such a barbaric attack, that slaughtered women and children, raped women, kidnapped children and babies, and old people, to exist on our borders.”
MK Kahana concluded with a request from those present: “Our dear friends, this is a war of attrition between the Judeo-Christian way of life and the barbaric radical Islam. We will fight this war until we win, and your support is so important to us to be able to achieve our goal. I am so thankful to you for your support, morally and in every other way. Thank you again.”
