The Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) announced on Tuesday that it eliminated a Muslim terrorist who attempted to carry out two terror attacks, one against a synagogue in Moscow and the other at a metro station in the city.
The agency wrote in an official statement that when agents arrived to arrest the terrorist, a gunbattle ensued, at the end of which, the terrorist was eliminated. It further stated that he was a citizen of a Central Asian country.
