A suspected terror attack occurred on Tuesday morning in the Mishor Adumim near Route 1 and the entrance to Maale Adumim, east of Jerusalem. According to initial reports, during a routine inspection of a vehicle, the Palestinian Arab driver attempted to run over one of the officers and fled the scene. Later, the suspect arrived at another police checkpoint and attempted to flee the forces a second time. The officers responded by opening fire on the vehicle.
