The US and South Korea are planning for a coordinated response to a range of scenarios, including nuclear use by North Korea, White House spokesperson Karine Jean-Pierre said on Tuesday.

Her comments come a day after South Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol said that Seoul and Washington are discussing possible joint exercises using US nuclear assets. President Joe Biden later contradicted those comments and said the United States is not discussing joint nuclear exercises with South Korea.
