Frank James, the man who opened fire on a crowded New York City subway train last April and wounded 10 people, pleaded guilty in federal court Tuesday to terrorism charges, CNN reported.

James, 63, admitted that his intention “was to cause serious bodily injury to the people on the train”, according to the report.
