MDA and Hatzalah units were called this morning to a house in the Beit Ve'Gan neighborhood of Jerusalem following a report of a two-year-old toddler found unconscious in her crib.

First responders performed CPR on the toddler and transferred her to Sha'arei Tzedek Hospital in the city, where medical teams were forced to pronounce her death.
