The ongoing snowstorm intensified overnight, with heavy snow falling at all levels of the Hermon mountain in the northern Golan Heights. The temperature is 2°- at the lower level of the mountain, there are strong winds, and snow is at approximately 7 cm.

The site is currently closed to visitors with further updates expected. "Winter welcomes February with a white mantle and two storm fronts on the way. We are very happy about that - better to be behind than not get any snow at all," said Miki Inbar, VP of Marketing and spokesperson for the site.
