Speaking on Galei Tzahal this morning, MK Danny Danon (Likud) decried the attitude taken by many with regard to his government's proposed judicial reforms.
"Unfortunately, despite my repeated calls over the past weeks for discussion, we see those on both sides insisting that it's: All or nothing," Danon said. "The reforms are important, but we also have to take note of the various viewpoints of the general public."
Asked his opinion of the manner in which the chairman of the Knesset's Constitutional Committee, MK Simcha Rotman, is handling the debates on the reforms, Danon said, "In my opinion, we can be more accommodating and that is what we should do."
