MK Benny Gantz (National Unity) criticized the Jews who clashed with Palestinians in Huwara.

"Besides the deep and heavy sorrow for the serious attack, the scenes tonight in Huwara should shame every person and every Jew in particular. This is not our way. It is unimaginable that on an evening like this, IDF soldiers should arrest Israeli rioters and prevent the murder of innocents, instead of chasing terrorists."

"The silence of Ministers Smotrich and Ben-Gvir is shameful and dangerous. All public leaders must call and act now to calm the tensions," Gantz said.
