Defense Minister Yoav Galant congratulated the IDF soldiers who captured the two terrorists who murdered the Elan Ganeles (H"YD) in Monday's attack on Route 90.

"Every terrorist knows that the long hand of our security system will eventually catch up with him," he was quoted as saying.
