The Egyptian Foreign Ministry condemned the IDF's activity in Jenin and said it was "a flagrant violation of international law that could lead to a dangerous deterioration of the security situation in the Palestinian territories."

The ministry called on the international community and in particular the US, the European Union and the members of the UN Security Council to take responsibility and put an end to the unilateral measures.
