The head of Kiryat Arba council Eliyahu Liebman reacted to the murderous attack in the north of the Jordan Valley.

"The time has come for us to stop with this laxity, the enemy smells weakness and he takes advantage of it. There is no policy, no defense and no attack. There are elements in the leadership and the bureaucracy who are still carrying out their own policies. I call on the Prime Minister, the Minister of Defense and the other members of the Cabinet to go on a broad operation hit our enemy mercilessly."
