Prime Minister Netanyahu presented at a special press conference, together with Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich and Education Minister Yoav Kisch, the first phase of the free education program for ages 0 through 3.

According to the program, a grant of NIS 940 per month will be given for each working parent couple with a child between the ages of 0 and 3.
