IAI has won a contract to supply airborne electronic intelligence systems (SIGINT) to an international customer. The financial scope of the contract, which includes supply and maintenance of the systems considered the most advanced in the world, is over 100 million dollars.

As part of the contract, IAI, through its subsidiaries, will provide SIGINT capabilities designed to deal with the challenges inherent in modern and dense communications and electronics environments. The customer will also have the ability to analyze complex models of signals and build an electronic order of battle to provide real-time intelligence.

SIGINT systems provide detailed and continuous intelligence on communication in space and activity in a wide geographical area, air and ground situational images (ASP) as well as an improved electronic military picture of the order of forces for the tactical and strategic levels.
