A PA man illegally residing in pre-'67 Israel was arrested after stealing a car from a suburb of northern Jerusalem.

After police located the suspect, he attempted to flee, wildly driving the car. He was detained after police gave chase.

The suspect will be brought before a judge to have his detention extended.
