Deputy Minister Uri Maklev (United Torah Judaism) criticized former minister Omer Barlev, who was protesting in front of Rabbi Gershon Edelstein's house.

Maklev said: "A person who was in public positions as a politician and minister in the government and now in a managerial and commercial position expresses extreme positions towards the haredi public and the right. He came to demonstrate as an active and public partner in incitement against the haredim, and must pay a price."
