20 people were injured, five of them children, when a Russian missile hit a residential building in the central Ukrainian city of Dnipro overnight.

The regional governor said that three of the children were in serious condition and that a total of 17 people were being treated in the hospital.

There are fears that others are buried beneath the rubble from the blast.
