The professional echelon in the Finance Minitry will recommend to the government to cut 40 billion shekels in the state budget for next year in order to reduce the deficit, Kan 11 News reported on Monday.
The Treasury estimates that the deficit in 2025 will reach 5.2%, which is about 104 billion shekels, and will recommend raising the income tax and Value Added Tax (VAT) and canceling credit points for working parents.
