The Israel Police said on Sunday night that the blockades at the Ayalon Highway have ended and the roads are gradually being reopened to traffic.
It added that 29 suspects were arrested after violating order and attacking police officers on the Ayalon Highway. One of the female police officers lost consciousness during the clashes with protesters and was evacuated for treatment at the hospital.
