As part of the changes, it was decided to enable gatherings of 50 people in an open area (instead of 10), and of 250 people in a closed space (instead of 150). Furthermore, it was decided that in the areas of Haifa Bay (HaMifratz), HaAmakim, HaCarmel (Daliyat al-Karmel, Isfiya), Wadi Ara (Megiddo Regional Council, Yokneam Illit), restrictions will be eased to allow gatherings of up to 60 people in an open area (instead of 30).
