Minister of Defense Israel Katz approved the Gaza Division's operational plans for the IDF's continued operations in Gaza and made clear: "Our main goal now is to bring all the hostages home."

Katz warned that if Hamas continues to refuse a deal "it would pay increasingly heavy prices by Israel taking land and eliminating terrorist operatives and infrastructure until its total defeat.
