Labor party leader Meirav Michaeli told a party meeting: "The Labor Party has a very central role in forming the next government of the State of Israel. We must make sure it is a Zionist government, which is not to be taken for granted today, a Zionist government that works for the State of Israel and the Israeli public even more than the government we are partners in now."
