MKs from the opposition made an urgent request to the speaker of the Knesset to postpone the discussions in the Knesset committees due to the security situation.

"It is not acceptable that in a state of war and difficult security they will rush with reforms in the Law of Arrangements without any public scrutiny and attention and without any empathy for the situation and for the Knesset workers who need to return to their families," they wrote.
