State Attorney Amit AIsman intends to file an indictment against Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's close advisers, Jonatan Urich and Ofer Golan, on suspicion of harassing state witness Shlomo Filber, five years after the case was opened, Kan 11 News reported on Wednesday.
